Dr. Mohamed Elhebery

  • Dr. Mohamed is an exploration geologist with over 15 years of field and academic experience in mineral exploration in the Arabian-Nubian Shield. 

  • Mohamed holds a PhD in “Remote Sensing and Mineral Exploration” from West Michigan University.

  • Currently, he is conducting discovery-oriented research that integrates remote sensing, GIS, field geology, structural geology, and tectonics to advance area selection and prospect prioritization criteria in early exploration programs.

  • For over 10 years, Mohamed has provided geological consulting services to exploration companies

  • From 2010 to 2013, Mohamed worked as an Exploration Geologist for Thani Ashanti Alliance for Mining, a strategic alliance between AngloGold Ashanti and Thani Investments.

Mr. Ramy Hassan

  • Ramy is a banking and insurance expert with over 15 years of experience, has held many managerial positions in global banks and insurance companies, Entrepreneur, and CEO of “Kick off Banking Academy.

  • Since 2015, he has been serving as the Founder and CEO of KICK OFF Banking Academy. Under his leadership, the academy has trained more than 10,000 students and bank employees from various universities and banks.

  • Ramy is the Co-founder of ARMSTRONG, the largest company in the field of engineering education for children in the Middle East. He has held this position since 2018.

  • Ramy worked as an entrepreneur in multiple international banks and insurance companies. During his tenure, he held several managerial positions across various departments.

  • Ramy holds a full business diploma in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the University of Cambridge.

Ismail Sayed

Deputy Exploration Manager

  • Ismail Sayed is a seasoned Senior Exploration Geologist with over a decade of experience in gold, base metals, and industrial mineral exploration. His expertise spans from initial exploration phases to pre-feasibility studies, leveraging advanced technologies for comprehensive exploration programs. Ismail has worked with renowned companies like Anglo Gold Ashanti and the Arab Nubia Group before joining Batin Alard Co. for Gold in Saudi Arabia, where he currently serves as a Deputy Exploration Manager. With a M.Sc. in Remote Sensing and Applied Geoscience, Ismail has a strong academic background complementing his practical field experience. He is proficient in remote sensing, GIS, geological modelling software, and drilling rig safety management, bringing a wealth of knowledge and skills to every project he undertakes.

Elkhider Rahamt Allah

Senior Exploration Geologist

  • Elkhider Rahmat Allah is a Senior Exploration Geologist with over 10 years of experience in gold exploration and mining. Holding a master’s degree in engineering Geology from Al-Neelain University. His expertise spans all stages of exploration, from regional and detailed mapping to planning trenches, sampling, documentation, and supervising RC and DD drilling operations. Proficient in software such as SURPAC, GIS (Arc Map), and ENVI, Elkhider excels in creating geological distribution maps and conducting geotechnical engineering tests for soil and rock assessments. His diverse work experience includes roles as a Senior Exploration Geologist at Batin Al Ard Mining Company in Saudi Arabia, Supervisor of Laboratory Preparation Samples at Joumany Mining Company in Mauritania, and leadership positions in gold exploration projects in Sudan.

Mohamed Khairy

  • Senior Mining Geologist With over 11 years of experience in the mining industry, he specializes in industrial minerals exploration, extraction, resource estimation, and site operation management. His expertise includes advanced 3D modelling, operational planning, and delivering sustainable mining solutions. He has a proven track record of leading exploration and production projects across various regions, leveraging cutting-edge geological techniques and software to optimize resource development and ensure operational excellence. His career spans roles in site management, quarry operations, and resource evaluation, consistently driving innovation and efficiency while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Ahmed Basry

Senior Exploration Geologist 

  • Ahmed Basry is a seasoned Exploration Geologist with over 7 years of experience in the phosphate and talc mining industry. He has worked at reputable companies such as CROSSCUT Mining, Al Nasr for Mining, and Batin Alard for Gold Mining Companies, gaining expertise in exploration, mine evaluation, production, and QA/QC processes. Ahmed’s background includes proficiency in RC and diamond drilling, as well as a comprehensive understanding of phosphate and talc extraction. His career progression showcases increasing responsibilities, from overseeing drilling operations to conducting detailed evaluations of phosphate deposits for quality assessment. With a bachelor’s degree in Geology and a track record of academic excellence grade, along with practical experience in exploration and production, Ahmed is dedicated to achieving exceptional results and contributing effectively to every project he engages in.

Eslam Elsharkawy

Project Exploration Geologist 

  • Eslam Elsharkawy is a highly skilled Project Exploration Geologist at Batin Al Ard for Gold with a bachelor’s degree in Geophysics from Al-Azhar University, Egypt. Eslam excels in early-stage exploration for gold, base metals, and critical minerals in the Arabian Nubian Shield. His expertise includes remote sensing data analysis, geological mapping, drilling operations, technical reporting, and stakeholder relations. Proficient in tools like GIS software, Geosoft, MX deposit database and skilled in geological mapping and drilling, Eslam’s skills include risk assessment, first aid, critical thinking, and problem-solving, making him a valuable asset in the exploration sector.

Abdul Aziz al Otaibi

Exploration Geologist

  • Abdulaziz Zaam Alotaibi, an Exploration Geologist at Batin Al Ard Co. for Gold, graduated with a bachelor’s degree in general geology from King Saud University. He is skilled in fieldwork, structural geology, ArcGIS, Surfer, and data analysis. Abdulaziz’s experience includes geological analysis, mineral assessment, and teaching geology courses. His training covers mining sustainability, ore deposits, petroleum production challenges, and scientific publishing.

Omar al Madani

Exploration Geologist

  • Omar Almadani, an Exploration Geologist, holds a degree in Geo-exploration Techniques from King Abdulaziz University. He has training experience at the Saudi Geological Survey and practical skills in geological software, logging, and sampling organization, with expertise in Autodesk AutoCAD, and Revit.
